Hot air circulation oven– Convection (indirect) type
The working principle is indirect air impingement, an optimization of the well known convection principle. The heat from the gas burner is exchanged in the heat exchange above the baking chamber. The baking air is not mixed with the combustion air. Direct Impingement ovens are also available, where combustion air is circulated in the baking chamber.
The cake molds will autoamtic comeout form the oven and turn to one or two rolls to demolding.
Layer cake and swiss roll will directly bake on the belt.
Natural cooling and chiller cooling as operational.
Cooling tunnel design for two side of cooling can save 33% energy compair traditional screw type of chiller.
Cooling belt fixed inside the chiller so it wont casue the frosting on the belt or cake.
And less expose for better demolding and longer shelf life for the cake.
B：Cake demolding system
There are two ways of demolding:Vacuum type and pin type.
Both type the demolding head will move fornt&back up&down like a mechinal arm transfer to the cooling belt.
After the cake roll cooling and creaming will go to cutting system,both side of the roll will be cutter first then roll and pack.
If for cup cake or shape cake then the injection filling system will inject the filling insde,to insure the better and more fiilings inside our injection system will has two-step filling.
Bottom&top or side injection system as choice.
The UV Sterilization line is the last process before the packing UV sterilization can make sure the cakes from non-hygiene elements before packing.
For fully autoamtic process we also supplier autoamtic tray cleaning and drying system
Q: What is the difference between hard biscuit and soft biscuit?
A: Normally the hard biscuit needs cutting to different shape, the soft biscuit needs printing the different logo or pattern.
Q: Can the machine make different biscuits?
A: Yes, of course. We can provide the different molds, or make customized molds.
Q: How many pcs can the machine line produce per hour?
A: It depends on the capacity as you need.
Q: Can the machine make hard biscuit and soft biscuit in the same time?
A: No, our rotary forming machine is movable with wheels. You just need to change machine when you make the different type biscuits.
