Cooling & Starcking

Maintaining a constant alignment and non-aggressive cooling are essential for obtaining a whole product that does not break, can be easily stacked and packaged. The cookie biscuits can be conveyed to the packaging machines or sandwiching system automatically depending on the system and the speeds. 

Sandwiching system is an ideal system to produce 1+1layer,3+2layer cream biscuits, it can also fill chocolate, jam, or two-color flavor filling on one sandwiching biscuit. A wide variety of biscuit shapes, including round, square, and rectangle, etc…

With an automatic biscuit arrange system and counting system the sandwiched biscuit can be connected directly into the packing machine.

The automatic arrange system will have a customized feeding system into a multi-channel feeding unit to different sandwiching or packing systems, Visual detector, and Automatic defective product deletion functions.

Packing type can be single biscuit pillow packing, 2 biscuits packing, loading tray packing, Stack packing, X-ford packing, etc…
